With February fast approaching, students will be clamoring to get into the bob carpenter center to shed off the unwanted holiday pounds. CHOOSE: Whole wheat bagle with low fat cream cheese NOT: Plain bagel with bacon, egg and cheese
Klondike Kates:
CHOOSE Basil Pesto Roasted Salmon NOT: Chicken Parm
These are just some examples of easy substitutions you can make, but even the smallest step up can help you in the long run.
