Ingredients:
8 ounces mascarpone cheese
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons sugar
2 large egg yolks
1 1/2 teaspoons finely grate orange zest
1 taspoon Grand Marnier liqueur ( Did without this and it still tasted awesome)
Pinch of salt
12 crepes
blueberry sauce
1 pint blueberries
confectioners sugar
